Refund policy

We hope you love your Nectar & Nest essentials — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, in original packaging, and with any included components. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@nectarandnesthome.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn’t work. (Your feedback helps us continue improving.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and simple instructions for sending your package back. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@nectarandnesthome.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

At this time, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: banks and credit card companies can take additional time to process and post the refund.
